9:30 am — Welcome at L’Olivier Restaurant
Over a coffee, take the time to settle in and enjoy the first aromas of Provence.
10:00 am — Departure for the truffle orchard
In the company of Didier and his wife, passionate truffle growers, set off to discover Discover their expertise and witness a truffle hunting demonstration, a unique moment in the heart of nature.
11:30 am — Countryside Aperitif
In the middle of the truffle orchard, enjoy a convivial moment at the foot of the Luberon mountains. With a glass in hand, enjoy the beauty of the setting and let yourself be captivated by the aromas of the earth and freshly unearthed truffles.
12:00 PM — Gourmet Truffle Experience
Continue this experience, still on-site, with a gourmet truffle tasting created by Chef Christophe Pulizzi: a journey of flavors showcasing this black diamond in all its forms (drinks included).
